How to Use This Counter

Pick the same time each day — after a meal works well when baby is most active.

Press Start and relax in a comfortable position.

Tap the button every time you feel a kick, roll, swish, or flutter.

Goal: 10 kicks in 2 hours. Most mamas reach this much sooner.

Call your provider if you do not reach 10 kicks in 2 hours, or if baby's pattern changes.
Always call your provider if you notice decreased movement or anything that does not feel right. You never need a "real" reason to call.
